Adult Day Camp
Our year-round farm day camp for adults with autism, where we focus on three primary objectives in a farm-based environment: Social skills, life skills and vocational skills.

Take Flight Club
Community-based monthly social club for teens & young adults with intellectual & developmental learning differences to build social skills and lifelong friendships in a loving & supportive environment.

On-Site Field Trips
Part of our goal is to invite the community in as much as possible. One way we achieve this is by offering onsite field trips to local high schools, organizations and retirement communities. During their visits, we organize animal visits, painting our donkeys, interactive learning activities such as planting seeds to take home, and lunch on the farm.

Animals
We have many friendly animals on our farm that interact with all of our participants -- from donkeys, to dogs, to chickens and cats! Before we accept any animal onto our farm, we make sure that they are going to work well with our participants; even our chickens and roosters!

Supported Employment
Our Supported Employment program offers paid, meaningful work opportunities reserved for participants who have successfully completed our Adult Day Program and Internship Program. With ongoing support and guidance, participants may assist with animal care, farm maintenance, and staff support—building confidence, independence, and real-world job skills in a nurturing environment.

Farm Stand
Throughout the year, we invite the community to visit the 3 Bluebirds Farm Stand and play a meaningful role in helping our campers grow. Campers work together to prepare ice-cold lemonade, gather freshly laid eggs, and harvest seasonal vegetables, then they sell everything at the stand they proudly help run.

Agritourism
Agritourism is a form of business enterprise that links agricultural production and/or processing with tourism to attract visitors onto a farm, ranch, or other agricultural business for the purposes of entertaining or educating the visitors while generating income for the farm, ranch, or business owner. 3 Bluebirds Farm received our certified Agritourism Permit in 2020, shortly after we moved to our Raleigh location.
